Ted
Peters is a partner of the firm. He is one of the
firm’s trial attorneys with civil litigation expertise
in state and federal court, as well as mediation, arbitration
and appellate work. Ted has extensive experience in casualty
insurance defense, coverage analysis, bad faith, product liability,
complex litigation, trade secrets, unfair competition and commercial
law.
As a former registered representative,
Ted has a comprehensive understanding of the securities industry.
Ted draws on this experience in his broker-dealer defense practice
where he represents companies and individuals in FINRA Arbitrations
nationwide.
Ted is a member of the State Bars of California,
New York, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
