Robert Matsuishi is an associate of the firm. His practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and broker-dealers in customer-related disputes and regulatory matters before the FINRA, the SEC and other regulatory bodies.
Robert’s practice has also included litigation in the areas of insurance, bad faith, intellectual property, defamation, and general business litigation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Edgerton & Weaver, Robert was an intern with the Tennessee Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee, and the U.S. Department of Defense in Arlington, Virginia.

Robert co-authored “The Law of War After the DTA, Hamdan and the MCA” which was published in the Army Lawyer (September 2007).
