Of Counsel
Ramon M. Gonzalez is "Of Counsel," supporting the firm's ERISA Plan and Investment Fiduciary practice group.
Ramon was the recipient
of the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund Scholarship
and League of United Latin American Citizens Scholarship at
Stanford Law School. In
2006, the California Court of Appeals (6th Dist.) published
the landmark inverse condemnation case, California State
Automobile Assn. v. City of Palo Alto, 138 Cal. App. 4th
474 (April 10, 2006), review and depublication denied,
2006 Cal. LEXIS 9072 (Cal. July 19, 2006), which Ramon tried,
appealed and obtained a unanimous reversal.
Since joining
the firm in 2006, Ramon has represented clients on a variety
of matters, including broker-dealer litigation, commercial litigation
and insurance defense.
Ramon is a member of the State Bar of
California.
