Matthew D. Klafter is an associate of the firm. His practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and broker-dealers in customer-related disputes and regulatory matters before the FINRA, the SEC and other regulatory bodies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Edgerton & Weaver, Matt was an associate at a boutique intellectual property litigation firm where his practice included representing the rights of major U.S. and international entertainment, media, fashion, consumer product and technology companies, as well as individual entrepreneurs, fashion designers, artists and musicians.

Matt is a member of the State Bar of California.
