Chad E. Weaver is a partner of the firm. Chad is a trial attorney with civil litigation experience in state and federal courts, as well as various arbitration forums, such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Chad also advises financial institutions and individuals on various corporate compliance matters.

Chad graduated law school in the top 7% of his class and as a member of the Order of the Coif. He also received the CALI Award for Excellence in the Study of Securities Regulations. During law school, Chad served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sheila Prell Sonenshine, California Court of Appeals and also worked with the United States Attorneys Office, Civil Division.

Since joining the firm, Chad’s practice has focused on representing financial institutions and individuals in customer-related disputes and regulatory matters before the California Department of Corporations, the Unites States Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Chad’s practice also includes litigation in the areas of bad faith, intellectual property, and general business litigation.

Chad is a member of the State Bars of California and Florida.
