Associate
Bonnie M. Treichel is an associate with the firm, licensed to practice before both the federal and state courts in California. Her practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation for financial services clients, both brokerage firms and individuals, in matters before state and federal courts, FINRA, the SEC, and other regulatory bodies. Specifically, Ms. Treichel works with financial services clients on both regulatory inquiries, as well as customer disputes, including issues such as fraud, securities violations, contractual disputes, professional liability, private placements, and other general business matters.
Prior to joining Edgerton and Weaver, LLP, Ms. Treichel was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Gregory Alarcon of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and she was the Literary Citation Editor for the Journal of Business Entrepreneurship and the Law at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Ms. Treichel is a member of the California State Bar.
